Apple cider vinegar powder, maltodextrin, gelatine, bulking agent [(microcrystalline cellulose (vegetable fibre)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

I have been consuming it for about 4 months and since then I have been able to lose a few pounds that were bothering me, I was stuck in that aspect, I consume other supplements but I think this has been vital to my progress, beyond this effect is also recommended for health, to regulate glucose, I follow a more or less balanced diet but it is true that I love everything sweet, something I can not avoid, and I think these capsules help me to dampen those whims, I recommend it.
