    It is choc, if it is fast in its assimilation and it shows, the 30HD is better, but the advantage of this one is that it keeps its flavor, although I always prioritize efficiency before flavor, example.

    Very good tasting protein, and with good dissolution. I bought it for the time of definition, but it is somewhat expensive. I prefer the normal Evowhey that there are many more flavors, I don't need to be so thin in terms of macros and it is more economical.
