Hydrolysed Whey Protein Isolate by RawSeries is a vegetarian powdered food preparation, based on hydrolysed whey protein isolate, with Lacprodan® Hydro.90 INS raw material.
Whey is one of the two protein fractions present in cow's milk protein, and is characterised by its functional properties, especially its good solubility. Whey proteins are proteins of high nutritional quality.
This food preparation, despite being derived from whey, loses its sugar content thanks to its specific treatment process and is therefore a low lactose protein.

I chose it because it does not contain lactose and has a higher digestibility. I chose neutral flavor and so I choose what to mix it with to give it flavor. You can also buy the mix of flavors offered by the same brand. I will definitely repeat this product.

The neutral flavor is like this; neutral. I dissolve it in tea and it tastes to that tea a little different and a bit denser. but it makes a very pleasant refreshment. That said, even when you shake it vigorously, there are small lumps left.

Been looking for a protein with no additives (sugar, flavors, etc.). The quality - price - amount relationship is the best I’ve found... and I’ve been looking... I mix it with water, the first time it has a peculiar taste (somewhat milk-like), but from the second time on it’s like nothing. Mixed in kefir or yogurt it should be great too.

Yo la mezclo con agua, la primera vez es un sabor peculiar (medio a leche), pero a partir de la segunda vez como si nada. Mezclado en kéfir o yogur tiene que estar estupenda también.
