One of the problems with food supplements with this combination of compounds is that they have allergens that make them unsuitable for consumption by many people because glucosamine is a polymer usually extracted from crustacean shells or fish scales.

Our glucosamine sulphate is obtained from vegetable sources, through fermentation processes. This is a good thing, as we obtain a compound of maximum purity, without contaminants from seawater, which in the case of marine glucosamines must be controlled and can often be present, and without allergens from fish, crustaceans, or molluscs.

    In my opinion, anyone with a certain level of physical activity should take chondroprotectors, especially after the age of 50 (as is my case). This HSN product has it all: effective, safe, very good value for money and good presentation. Recommended, almost mandatory.

    I think it is a good product, although I have been using it for a short time. The only downside I see is that it is in hard tablets, because it is hard for me to swallow them, but I split them in half and that's it (I would like it better if it came in capsules).
