Sweetener (xylitol), stabiliser (hydroxypropyl cellulose), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), acidity regulator (citric acid), anti-caking agent [fatty acids (plant-based source)], flavourings, sweetener (steviol glycosides), monk fruit extract, methylcobalamin (vitamin B-12).

Warnings

For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption can produce laxative effects. Once opened, store in a cool and dry place.     It's a great supplement, but this time it came with packaging problems. A few days after I opened it, the tablets started to get damp, soft and fall apart (and yes, I store my supplements in a dry, humidity-free area).
