It does its job. I see that there are people who complain that in the long run it is difficult to open the bottle because it sticks, but what I do (which costs little) is to clean it with a bit of paper from time to time, which is the thread. It lasts a lot so it is very profitable.

I bought it because my vitamin B12 was a little low. The taste is not particularly pleasant, and it forms a kind of pellets around the cap, but it is quite effective, it worked well for me.

The cap area, over time, becomes sticky. It would be nice if this product was also available with a lower amount of vitamin B 12 per drop, to adjust the dosage more easily according to the results you have on your blood test.
