When lifting

Exceeding expectations

Step by step: Oatmeal is a perfect complement, I use it to cook pancakes with a little milk, an egg, a pinch of baking soda and a dash of vanilla essence. They turn out great. The protein gives me an important recovery after training, and in my case, I chose vanilla flavor is delicious. I take Beta-Alanine and Creatine 20 minutes before training. I had never taken the first one before and when I saw the comments about the itching I was a little afraid, but I just notice a little tingling in the cheeks, I guess it depends on the person. Both supplements seem to me essential for training. You notice a little extra in the series, fatigue is delayed a little and you recover better between series. In addition to being prepared to continue training the next day. A 10. HSN works very well, I'm delighted.
