Bitter Melon Extract (10:1) 300mg by EssentialSeries is a food supplement made from a highly concentrated extract (10 times more concentrated than the original raw material fruit) of bitter melon (certified species Momordica charantia) with chromium picolinate.

Momordica charantia is a traditional plant from many subtropical and tropical regions of Asia and Africa, where it's part of the culinary heritage of countries such as China, Japan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Nepal and Pakistan, among others.

Its arrival in Europe is uncertain, but it was generally accepted. Thanks to which, the use of bitter melon fruit has survived to the present day, with a clear focus on its use in food supplements.
