That is why we are gland to inform you that we have signed an agreement with NSCA Spain (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Now, both entities will work together in the pursuit of excellence in the fields of sports and health.

What is the NSCA?

To put it briefly, the NSCA is one of the most prestigious associations in the world regarding physical conditioning and strength training. Moreover, it also belongs to the European Health and Fitness Association (EHFA).

Above all, it supervises the formation of training professionals and physical conditioning, providing the following certificates:

NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT)
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

Both certificates are recognized by American certification agencies. In fact, they are even compulsory if we want to work in fitness centers from the United States.

The content relies on the accuracy and practical application of the scientific knowledge that the NSCA publishes in several journals: Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research (JSCR) and Strength and Conditioning Journal (SCJ)

Due to this and thanks to our quality standards and commitment to sports, HSN has become the first and only entity from the sport nutrition sector to collaborate with the NSCA.
