  • 3 scoops FoodSeries Defatted Peanut Butter Powder
  • 2 scoops Evoegg 2.0
  • 150ml dairy or plant milk
  • 40g ground almonds
  • 2 tablespoons BioSeries Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 50g FoodSeries Black Chocolate Bar

How to make: Peanut Protein Bars

  1. Mix all the above ingredients together in a bowl, except the dark chocolate.
  2. Use your hands until you get a homogeneous mass. If it's too dry, add a splash of dairy or plant milk.
  3. Make the bars into rectangular shapes.
  4. Melt the chocolate.
  5. "Bathe" each bar in the chocolate and then place on a tray covered with baking paper.
  6. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
