- 2 scoops of 50ml (50g) of Protein Rice Cream custard flavour by FoodSeries
- 2 eggs
- Sweetener to taste
- Variety of fruits (apple, strawberries, grapes, mango, banana…)
- Sugar-free jam or syrup

How to make: Protein Puff Pastry Tart with Fruit

- Preheat the oven to 200ºC and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and place it on the tray.
- Cut strips about 2 cm wide from one edge and place them along the edges to create a frame.
- Prick the base with a fork to prevent it from rising.
- Beat one egg with a bit of sweetener and brush the entire surface of the pastry.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes, until the pastry is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool.
- Mix the water with the Protein Rice Cream until smooth and without lumps.
- Wash, peel, and slice the fruit into thin slices.
- Spread the cream over the tart with a spatula and place the fruit on top, alternating colours.
