- Sweetener, cinnamon or honey (bear in mind that the protein shake powder already contains sweetener)

How to make: Oat Pancakes with Whey Protein
- Using a non-stick pan, add a tablespoon of oil and put it over medium heat.
- Pour the oat flour, egg whites with the yolk, protein powder and sweetener into a bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients until you get a uniform dough.
- Once the pan is hot, add small amounts of the pancake mix.
- You should wait a minute before turning and make sure they're golden brown on both sides before removing them from the pan.
- The result is some excellent quality oat pancakes, rich in protein and carbohydrates with rapid assimilation and slow digestion.
