How to make: Oat and Egg White Pancakes with Coffee Topping
- Mix the egg whites and the oat flour in a glass until you get a homogeneous mixture
- In a pan, pre-heated with a little oil, pour in the mixture. Depending on the number of pancakes, we'll add more or less.
- Cook the pancake(s) over a low heat.
- Place the pancakes (one on top of the other) on a plate.
- Add the protein to a glass. Pour in a splash of water and stir using a spoon. Depending on how liquid-like you want the topping, adjust the amount of water added.
- And all that’s left to do is top the pancakes with the café con leche topping. It goes great with some almond pieces added too.
