How to make: Keto Panna Cotta

  1. Heat the cream and dilute the xanthan gum in it, stirring constantly until it dissolves.
  2. Heat the water in a cup and add the keto coffee scoop and stir until dissolved.
  3. In a bowl, combine the two mixtures and stir again until they are consistent.
  4. Pour into cups and chill for a minimum of 4 hours.
