- For the sandwich: mix well the almond flour, egg, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
- Cook for 90 seconds in the microwave.
- Leave to cool, unmould and cut in half to obtain 2 slices.
- For the filling: crush the egg and add the tuna and HSN sauces along with the spices.
- Fill the sandwich and enjoy!
