  1. For the sandwich: mix well the almond flour, egg, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  2. Cook for 90 seconds in the microwave.
  3. Leave to cool, unmould and cut in half to obtain 2 slices.
  4. For the filling: crush the egg and add the tuna and HSN sauces along with the spices.
  5. Fill the sandwich and enjoy!
