- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg

How to make: Keto chicken croquettes

- Put a pan on the heat and pour in the milk and add the cream cheese. Mix well.
- Now add the grated cheese, a little salt, black pepper, cayenne powder and nutmeg. Stir until creamy.
- Chop the chicken until it is well shredded and add it to the mixture. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a wide container so that it is well stretched.
- Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for min. 3 hours (or 30 min. in the freezer).
- *Prepare the batter:
- Mix one cup of almond flour with the salt and spices.
- Once the dough is firm, form the croquettes, dip in egg and coat in the almond flour mixture.
- Fry in a pan with oil for a few minutes and leave to drain on kitchen paper.
- Serve with FoodSeries sauce.
