How to make: Baked Porridge

  1. Put the bananas in an ovenproof bowl.
  2. Mash until creamy.
  3. Add the milk, beaten egg, cinnamon and baking powder.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Gradually stir in the oat flakes.
  6. Finally sprinkle with erythritol @hsnstore_en on top and add the blueberries.
  7. Bake for 20-25 min at 180ºC or cook for 12-15 min in the microwave.
