A recipe that takes us back to our childhood and which is now brought back to us in a protein version: Grandma’s Fit Cake.

- 2 scoops FoodSeries Custard Flavoured Protein Pudding
- 250ml water
- 1 scoop of FoodSeries Defatted Cocoa Powder
- Milk or vegetable drink
- Sugar-free biscuits
- FoodSeries Dark chocolate with cocoa nibs (sugar-free)

- Make the custard pudding mix and set aside.
- In a large bowl, pour the warm milk and mix in the non-fat cocoa powder.
- Put 6/10 biscuits inside (enough to cover the base of your mould)
- When the biscuits start to soften, remove them with the help of a fork, and place a layer of biscuits in a medium sized rectangular mould.
- Place a layer of pudding on top and spread with a spatula.
- Repeat the procedure about three times (depending on the size of your cake tin)
- Finally, melt the chocolate bar and pour it over the top of your cake.
- Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours.
