- 25 g white chocolate protein cream
- 100 g erythritol powder
- 20 g cornflour
- 12 g baking powder
- 1 g salt

- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, eggs, 75 g of the cocoa and hazelnut protein spread and the plain yoghurt.
- Add the sifted cornflour, erythritol, salt and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a cake tin and bake at 175°C for 50 minutes, using top and bottom heat. If necessary, or if you prefer a firmer cheesecake, bake for a further 10 minutes, covering it with aluminium foil to prevent the top from browning.
- Leave to cool before removing from the tin.
- Decorate with more cocoa and hazelnut protein spread and drizzle the white chocolate protein spread over the top.
