  1. Mix the ingredients for each flavour until smooth. Repeat the process for all four flavours: watermelon, mixed berries, lemon and blueberry.
  2. Fill the ghost-shaped silicone moulds and freeze until completely solid.
  3. Melt the sugar-free white chocolate and divide it evenly into four small glasses. Add approximately 3 ml of coconut oil to each glass to create a smoother, more fluid coating.
  4. If desired, add food colouring to each portion of chocolate.
  5. Remove the pops from the moulds and dip each one into its corresponding chocolate coating. The chocolate will harden within seconds.
  6. Return the pops to the freezer for a few minutes before serving.
