How to make: Gluten-free salad

  1. Wash the escarole.
  2. Cut the white stem of the center.
  3. Now, cut the leaves in very thin slices.
  4. Peal the orange and cut it too, remove the white parts because they are bitter.
  5. Cut the walnuts in small pieces.
  6. Put the escarole, oranges, raisins and walnuts in a bowl.
  7. Mix the lemon juice with the walnut oil and a little bit of salt and pepper. Use it to dress the salad.
