Ingredients
Zinc gluconate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), stabiliser (hydroxypropyl cellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

I've been taking it daily for about 3 weeks and I haven't noticed many positive effects but it doesn't feel bad either, I guess I'll need at least 4 or 5 months to really notice that it is effective. Very good price, good presentation, normal size pills, easy to take.
