I consume 10mg a day to help keep my cholesterol in check. I recommend using it along with other supplements with more established evidence, such as red rice yeast or berberine. I consume it after dinner because it seems to act on internal cholesterol production, which occurs mainly at night.

After much research and wanting to do without drugs, I have found this solution to support my health. It is a mixture of alcohols with antiplatelet properties, that is, they will contribute and help reduce cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Although it is too soon to know if it is having an effect, at least I am getting away from the side effects of any medication.
