I use it in combination with ashwagandha and I notice its effect in improving sleep, it also has studies on longevity by improving nad.

It is good. The price is a little high, I like the HSN brand better but it does not have it. I am also used to the 120 capsule format and for me, who takes it all year round, I find it tiresome to order it every 3 months.
