What is Milk Protein Isolate?
Milk Protein Isolate by RawSeries is a feed mix based on milk protein from grass-fed cows.
Milk proteins are known for their nutritional quality.
Milk Protein Isolate contains only bovine milk proteins and is therefore suitable for vegetarians.

What? Isn't it an isolate? Yes, but from milk, not whey.
Let us explain:
There are two protein fractions in mammalian milk: caseins and whey.
They are usually marketed separately, as they can be isolated from each other; if you are looking for whey protein isolate, this isn't the product for you, you are looking for 100% whey protein isolate.
This protein contains both milk protein fractions, 80% casein and 20% whey, as normally found in cow's milk, with the functional properties of each of these proteins.
Shakes made with this protein have a denser texture than whey shakes, due to the presence of casein, although they maintain good relative solubility thanks to the fact that they aren't 100% casein.
