Krill is a tiny, shrimp-like crustacean that lives in Antarctic waters and makes up a large part of the aquatic population. It is the food of many species, including whales, penguins, fish and other animals.
In addition, this krill oil supplement contains phospholipids. Phospholipids are the main components of cell membranes. It also provides vitamins A, E, flavonoids and astaxanthin.

I like that it is NKO certified. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.
