Ingredients

Folic acid [Acid (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic, glucosamine salt [5MTHF-glucosamine (Quatrefolic®)]], stabiliser (cellulose), anti-caking agents [stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide].

Warnings

For adults only. High folic acid intake may mask vitamin B12 deficiency, monitor levels frequently.. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication (phenobarbital, phenytoin, primidone, methotrexate) or under medical supervision (especially if it involves malabsorption of nutrients).. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
