Ingredients
Melatonin, water, humectant [glycerin (vegetable)], fructose, sweetener (xylitol), cane alcohol (6%), orange extract (Citrus sinensis), flavourings, preservative (potassium sorbate), acids (citric acid, malic acid), lemon oil (Citrus limon).
Warnings
Once opened, store in a cool (under 25ºC), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. Produced in facilities that process wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish and crustaceans. An excessive consumption can cause laxative effects. For adults only. Do not take ginseng during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It can cause drowsiness. Do not take with alcoholic drinks. Fast-absorbing sublingual product. Effective. Bitter taste, but nothing too bad. My orders always arrive overnight. Very good indeed. I recommend it.

There are nights when I find it hard to sleep....diez drops and you fall like a baby, I always have a bottle and when there is little left I am already asking for another one. The taste is strong and bitter but as they are just a few drops it is not unpleasant and it goes away quickly.
