I tried it just to see if it had an effect at a time when I felt more sweet cravings, which I don't usually do, but I didn't go beyond 3 months of use as I usually do with other vitamins. I noticed a lot of improvement but I don't know if it was due to that or simply because it was a moment of hormonal imbalance and it went away. But it is true that diabetics comment that it helps them more.

We have started taking Gymnema Sylvestre on the recommendation of our doctor for blood sugar control for both my wife and I. We are not diabetic but are on the verge of it. We are not diabetic but are on the verge of it. We are just hoping that this supplement will help us to improve or have control of our pancreas and that in the future we will not have to go on insulin.
