Glucomannan (from Konjac root, Amorphophallus konjac), vegetable capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)], stabiliser (hydroxypropyl cellulose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (fatty acids (vegetable source)].

For adults only. Without adequate fluid intake, the product may swell in the throat and cause blockage or choking.. Avoid use if you have narrowing of the oesophagus or difficulty swallowing..
