Probiotic bacteria blend (Lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium lactis, bifidobacterium longum, streptococcus thermophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus paracasei), stabilizer (microcrystalline cellulose), glazing agent [hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule)], anti-caking agents [stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide].

Once opened, store in a cool (under 25ºC), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children.     Good product, effective, very complete with many strains and at a good price. What more can you ask for! Apart from being great for the immune system, other digestive issues etc...it goes very well if you suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

    To regenerate the intestinal flora after being sick or even for constipation is good, although it is not a laxative. I think the amount of strains it contains and the price is good. The only downside, like all probiotics, is that you have to take it on an empty stomach and wait to eat.
