HOW DO YOU USE IT?

  • First, add 1 x 70 ml scoop of Micellar Casein to 200-250 ml of skimmed milk or water. Once this is done, add 5ml (3g) of your favourite flavouring and mix. And enjoy your shake!

    I got Yogurt flavors lemon, coconut and chocolate biaco, chocolate and chocolate hazelnut One tasted better than the other maybe the coconut has a slight chemical aftertaste I am satisfied every night a different pre-sleep
