This pre-workout features a complete formula without the need for stimulants such as caffeine. Evostamina contains creatine to support your athletic performance, bicarbonate, Vinitrox™ (a blend of grape and apple extract with a high standardised polyphenol content), and other components such as L-taurine, beta-alanine, and L-citrulline.

In addition, it can be taken by everyone, as it is suitable for vegan diets and it's gluten-free, lactose-free, and free of genetically modified organisms.

To take Evostamina, you should follow the instructions on the label and use it before training, as it has no stimulants you don't have to worry too much about how long before you use it, half an hour is perfect.

Expert tip!

You will notice that when you shake the drink, some foam will be generated. Don’t worry, this is generated by baking soda. Just let it sit and it will disappear.

    I took the tasting pack so I could try them all and the fruit punch one is good and refreshing. The only downside is that it gets wet right away in this format but for that I have jars of protein in storage. So the problem is 0. A good product and at a good price.
