15x Evoenergy Gel 55ml - With Caffeine or Without Caffeine - SportSeries

Provides carbohydrates and other nutrients easily during sports practice. You can mix flavors however you like, whether with caffeine or without caffeine.

Each of these gels contains 55 ml, which is worth highlighting since it’s more than most products of this type on the market. This formula was developed by our R&D team and we combined carbohydrates in a glucose to fructose ratio of 2:1 for optimal absorption. You’ll also find a significant amount of sodium, which helps you replenish losses of this electrolyte during sports practice.

How to take the gels?

Although the gels we present aren’t hydro, in the latest update we significantly reduced their density, making them much more fluid, with the essence of the classic evoenergy gels.

Thanks to this, even though the gels remain hypertonic due to their carbohydrate and electrolyte concentration, it’s no longer necessary to drink large amounts of water to take them. Now they’re much lighter and easier to take, and you can simply combine them comfortably with your usual isotonic drink.

When to take gels depending on your training?

  •  If the event or training is under 1 hour, as a recommendation you can take 1 gel before starting the physical activity and another 20 minutes before finishing.
  •  If the event or training is over 1 hour, keep in mind that it’s recommended to consume between 60 and 120 grams of carbohydrates per hour, which equals 2-6 gels per hour if you’re not getting carbs from other sources; usually around 2 gels per hour is enough, since the rest of the energy will come from your isotonic drink: Evocarbs 2.0 or Evotonic.

Ingredients

Isomaltulose*, dextrose, cyclic dextrin, fructose, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, caffeine, flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate). *Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.

Warnings

Store in a cool (below 25°C), dry and dark place. It contains caffeine (191mg/100ml). Not recommended for children nor pregnant or nursing mothers. It is necessary to maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Health claim awaiting European authorization.
