Preparation of Egg White and Whey Protein Fluff:

•  Mix 15 g of egg white with 5 g of xanthan gum and 100 ml of water in a bowl and beat until it forms a foamy mass like stiff peaks.
•  Then add 15 g of Whey Protein along with 1 scoop of your favorite flavoring and beat again.
•  Finally, while continuing to beat, add 50 ml of sparkling water.
