Healthy brownie:

  • Add 1 serving of Hydrolysed Whey Protein Isolate, 1 teaspoon of flavouring with the desired flavouring, 5g of baking powder and 50ml of milk. Mix until you get a smooth mass
  • Put the mass in a container and stick it in the microwave at maximum power for 30 seconds.
