Curry Sauce from FoodSeries is a fitness sauce from HSN prepared following the original recipe of curry sauce, with authentic curry spice mix, but in a calorie-free version, compatible with any type of diet, even the strictest ones, so you can continue enjoying delicious meals without limitations.

HSN's curry sauce, like other sauces from the brand, is made with quality ingredients, not just water and flavorings; in fact, in this sauce, you will find ingredients like those you can use at home: vinegar, spice mix (curry), and tomato concentrate, with sweetener.

With authentic Curry - Spice mix with an intense and characteristic flavor

Curry is a specific spice mix, which does not have a single way of preparing it, as depending on the culture and the era, different spice mixes have been used for its preparation.

The general spice mix used to prepare curry includes: chili (chilli pepper), basil, anise from the Vosges, celery, saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, dried onion, coriander, clove, cumin, turmeric, fenugreek, ginger, mustard, nutmeg, pepper, Cayenne pepper or tamarind.

With these spices, the 'dry curry' is then cooked in 'wet curry' with a liquid base of cream, coconut milk, vegetable or chicken broths, and even yogurt, depending on again the culture in which it is prepared and the dish for which it is going to be used.

Our curry contains a classic spice mix with a spicy touch without being excessively prohibitive for people who are sensitive to spice; and its wet base has been prepared with a base of water and tomato concentrate, without milk allergens.

The problem with Fit sauces, and the main reason why we have improved our previous curry sauce recipe, is that to achieve a calorie-free sauce, the amount of natural ingredients it contains must be reduced, since foods are characteristically caloric, so a Fit curry sauce carries water, curry spices, and then additives; but this makes the consistency very liquid, too dissimilar to the traditional version, which makes many people prefer traditional sauces, with their calories, before the fit sauces for this reason.

However, this can be improved, and at HSN we have worked on it in the renewals of our sauce recipes, how?

Preparing Fit sauces, which instead of 0 kcal, provide 20 kcal, as is the case with our curry sauces, which provides 20 kcal per 100g of product, which comes to just about 2 kcal per serving, being practically a zero sauce, but thanks to this margin, use more natural ingredients that allow for a better consistency, much more in line with what is expected of a delicious and appetizing sauce with which to enrich the food, especially when it is diet food and turns out to be monotonous and repetitive.

Sauce suitable for vegan diets - Allerg en-free - Suitable for everyone

At HSN we work with expert chefs in the preparation and planning of our sauce recipes and that is why we do not prepare the curry sauce with a dairy base, since the chefs recommended us to use a more neutral base and compatible with dietary preferences of the entire population, to obtain the best result.

Thanks to this, our curry sauce is compatible with all types of dietary preferences. It is suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets as it has been prepared without using animal ingredients or derivatives, and likewise is suitable for people with common food allergies, as it does not contain allergens in its composition.

Traditional preparation, only with quality ingredients

In our recipes we use a good proportion of natural ingredients, like those you use at home to prepare your recipes.

The curry sauce contains 1.5% of its total composition in curry, which is a high content given the intensity of the flavor that curry brings to the sauce overall.

The tomato concentrate, and the rest of the ingredients with which our curry sauces are prepared are of the highest quality, coming from environmentally responsible cultivations and processed with care to preserve their flavor and optimal properties.
