Our Fitness sauces are prepared following traditional recipes, inspired by the original versions of these sauces using the best ingredients but making them suitable for low-calorie diets and healthier eating.

Fitness cheese sauces often fail to live up to consumer expectations, why?

Because standard cheese sauces are prepared with large amounts of fatty cheeses, melting salts, butter and texturisers. Although their taste is intense and pleasant, their nutritional impact is quite negative as standard cheese sauces contain large amounts of calories and fat that are not compatible with a balanced diet.

Fitness and healthy eating companies have tried to present a calorie-free version of these sauces, but have failed, as they are prepared with water and flavourings, so the texture and taste are very poor.

Who said fitness sauces were boring?

Cheddar Sauce by HSN is a delicious option and, thanks to its unbeatable consistency, you can use it in any kind of recipe. Here's an idea:

  •  Wash 400g of potatoes thoroughly to remove all the dirt from the skin.
  •  Cut into medium-sized sticks or squares.
  •  Place in an Air Fryer at 160ºC for 20 minutes and then turn the temperature up to 180-200ºC for a further 5 minutes, checking the degree of browning of the potatoes.
  •  Take them out to a bowl and add your favourite spices, you can use cajun, salt and pepper, or more exotic options such as paprika, cardamom or turmeric. Whatever you like!
  •  Add a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a frying pan and when it is hot, add the seasoned potatoes.
  •  Sauté the potatoes for a few minutes until golden brown.
  •  Serve and top generously with Cheddar sauce.
