    I take it when I am in definition. Otherwise it is a good product. It doesn't work miracles but a little help is appreciated when you're trying to lose weight. Obviously it doesn't replace exercise and a good diet, and only provides a little extra at least for me, but it helps considering the slips in diet derived from our lifestyle.
