We bring you a light, vegan, and very tasty recipe as a daily snack: healthy baked kale chips. Kale is a cruciferous vegetable whose leaves are rich in certain vitamins (like vitamin K) and minerals (like calcium). Do you have kids at home and struggle to get them to eat more vegetables? - 1 stem of Kale with its leaves
- 15ml Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil by BioSeries½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon pink salt

- Separate the kale leaves from the stem and remove any remaining hard parts of the plant's own branches
- Wash the kale leaves and remove any soil or dirt
- Dry the leaves well and cut them into pieces of approximately 4x2cm
- Place the dried kale pieces on a baking sheet with non-stick baking paper, season with half the salt, garlic and cayenne (to taste)
- Brush the chips with FoodSeries organic virgin coconut oil
- Place the kale in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes at medium heat
- Turn the chips over, brush them again with the coconut oil and raise the plate to a higher position
- Use the grill function of the oven at 220°C and keep the chips for 2-5 minutes depending on how crispy you want the chips
- Remove the tray from the oven, place the chips in a bowl and sprinkle the remaining spices on top to taste
