  1. Blend the dates with the coconut oil and egg whites.
  2. Mix with the rest of the crust ingredients and blend well.
  3. Line a medium-sized mould with baking paper and spread the dough out. Firmly press it on the bottom and up around the sides of your pie dish.
  4. Bake for 10-11 min at 180°C. Take it out and allow to cool.
  5. Mix the ingredients of the filling and pour into the crust.
  6. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours until the filling is set.
