- 80g Oat Flakes by FoodSeries
- 60g Almond Flour by FoodSeries
- 1 tablespoon Almond Butter Extra Creamy by FoodSeries

- 180ml Water
- 50ml Lemon juice
- 3 scoops Protein Pudding in Lemon Pie flavour by FoodSeries

- Blend the dates with the coconut oil and egg whites.
- Mix with the rest of the crust ingredients and blend well.
- Line a medium-sized mould with baking paper and spread the dough out. Firmly press it on the bottom and up around the sides of your pie dish.
- Bake for 10-11 min at 180°C. Take it out and allow to cool.
- Mix the ingredients of the filling and pour into the crust.
- Place in the refrigerator for a few hours until the filling is set.
