  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the erythritol and the vanilla protein until smooth.
  3. Add the milk and egg whites while whisking. You can use hand or electric whisks.
  4. Place a silicone muffin tin or flan tin on the baking tray and fill it halfway with water.
  5. Pour the batter into the flan tins. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
  6. Remove and leave to stand.
  7. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  8. Remove from the mould and serve with sugar-free caramel syrup and a few chopped almonds.
