35% Casein / 65% Whey - Relation to Breast Milk

Breast milk is an exceptionally nutritious food, biologically designed to meet all the needs of a newborn, as it contains the ideal protein ratio required for optimal development. During breastfeeding, the infant's body experiences the most significant anabolic period in human life, characterised by rapid growth and tissue development, such as muscle mass. This process is driven by the nutrients in breast milk, notably its proteins, which are present in a specific ratio.

The specialists from HSN's R&D department have reviewed the existing scientific literature:

They conclude that, although the protein ratio in breast milk varies slightly during the breastfeeding period due to changes in colostrum production, an average protein ratio of 35/65 can be established.

We have replicated this ideal ratio using cow milk proteins, achieving a balance of:

During its processing the whey proteins of the milk are treated following a CFM method, of mechanical extraction by filtration, controlling the environment, the temperature, humidity and acid-base environment; getting an excellent product:

Thanks to the combination of MPI and WPI, Evopro benefits from the coagulating effects of milk protein caseins, which produce a smoother texture; and whey, which generates fluid mixtures and has virtually no impact on its texture.

    Overall it's my favorite protein shake. It feels super good, and I really like the texture. It also dilutes very well in water. The chocolate flavor is the one I like the most. In the last purchase I tried the coffee with milk but it doesn't convince me, it doesn't taste like coffee almost, more like a very sweetened coffee perhaps. But well, apart from that, everything is great. I recommend them.
