Breast milk is characterized by being predominantly “whey” compared to casein. At Evopro, our R&D team has replicated that ratio with a 35/65 (casein/whey) balance, combining a faster fraction with a slower one to deliver a more rounded protein experience.

If you reduce the liquid amount and let the mix chill for a few minutes, Evopro can take on a texture very similar to a thick cream, perfect to eat with a spoon like a protein dessert.
