How to make: Ice Cream Sandwich

  1. Slice and mash the bananas.
  2. Add the protein powder.
  3. Transfer to an oblong mould and freeze for at least 7 hours.

  6. Set the wafers out and cut the ice cream into the same shape.
  7. Dip them in the melted chocolate.
