What is Dark Choco 72%?

Dark Choco by FoodSeries is a delicious dark chocolate bar with a 72% purity from Belgium without added sugars. It has been flavoured with vanilla and added sweetener.

What are the properties of Dark Choco 72%?

These dark chocolate 0% sugar bars have a 72% of Belgian cocoa, which is considered the best cocoa due to its exquisite taste and texture.

The key to Belgian chocolate lies in the quality of its beans, the cocoa concentration and in the manufacturing process, since it is made by hand.

How is the different?

Unlike most conventional chocolates, Belgian cocoa is not mixed with vegetable fats. This chocolate stands out due to its purity and the fact that it is made with 100% cocoa beans that having carefully selected by taking into account their degree of ripeness, color, size and weight.

Once selected, some of these beans are ground to obtain the cocoa powder and another part is pressed to obtain Belgian cocoa butter and paste, which are also used to make this product.

To make our black chocolate bar even healthier, we have replaced the conventional sugar with a completely natural sweetener, maltitol. Maltitol, apart from being a sweetener that tastes like sugar, is very useful for lowering the sugar content of some products (and therefore, empty calories). It does not cause caries or alter the blood glucose levels.

In this way we have created a healthier version of chocolate that keeps all the taste of pure Belgian chocolate and which is also ideal for diabetic people or those who want to lower the sugar intake from their diet.
