- 135g of chickpea flour
- 5g of cumin
- 5g of garlic powder
- 3g of turmeric powder
- 3g of sweet paprika
- 5g of salt
- Juice of one lemon (you can also add a bit of zest, optional)
- 15ml of olive oil
- 60ml of water (6 tablespoons), or as needed to get the right texture
- 1 tsp of organic coconut oil

- Prepare the base mix: In a large bowl, combine the chickpea flour, cumin, garlic powder, turmeric, sweet paprika, and salt. Add lemon juice, olive oil, and water gradually, mixing until you get a thick but workable dough.
- If it’s too dry, add a little more water; if too wet, adjust with more chickpea flour.
- Shape the falafel: With slightly damp hands, shape equal-sized balls so they cook evenly.
- Cook in a pan: Add a drizzle of coconut oil to a non-stick pan and cook the falafel over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Assemble your wrap: On a wheat tortilla, spread a base of HSN sugar-free yoghurt sauce, add lettuce, slices of tomato, and several warm or lukewarm falafel.
- Wrap and enjoy: Fold the sides inwards and roll from the bottom up, pressing gently. You can wrap the base in parchment paper or foil to make it easier to eat.
