How to make: Oat Pancakes with Apple
- First, peel and chop the apple. Then cook the apple in the microwave for two minutes.
- Using a non-stick pan, add a tablespoon of oil and put it over medium heat.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the oats, egg whites and yoghurt until you get a uniform dough. Then add the apple, the sweetener, the cinnamon and the vanilla and continue mixing everything together. If the resulting mass is too dry, you can add a little milk until you get the desired texture. If, on the other hand, it's very liquidy, you should add more oats.
- Once the pan is hot, add small amounts of the pancake mix. You should wait a minute before turning and make sure they're golden brown on both sides before removing them from the pan.
