How to make: Courgette Noodles with Salmon
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the courgette noodles. Stir every 1.5 minutes. After that, set the heat to medium and add half a glass of water with the soy sauce and linseed. Cover the pan.
- Cook the salmon in another pan at medium heat. Try to cook it properly on both sides so that it will be cooked on the inside.
- Serve the courgette noodles on a salad bowl. Then, put the salmon on top, you can cut it in dices or as you want. Enjoy!
