- Ceylon Cinnamon Powder by FoodSeries
- 2 Eggs
- A pinch of salt

- Remove the edges of the buns and cut each into two pieces to make thick pieces of bread.
- Heat the milk over medium heat with a lemon peel, an orange peel and the xylitol. Stir until it comes to the boil, then remove and leave to stand for 5 minutes. After that, strain the milk.
- Meanwhile, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
- Put the pieces of bread in a bowl. Pour the infused milk over the bread, wait 2 minutes, flip and wait 2 more minutes for the bread to soak well.
- Dip the soaked bread in the beaten egg and place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180°C in the upper part of the oven with top and bottom heat.
- In the meantime, mix more xylitol with Ceylon cinnamon powder.
- Take the bread out of the oven and roll in the xylitol and cinnamon mixture.
- Serve the warm French toast freshly made. So good!
