How to make: Fitness Panini

  1. Beat the egg and add the milk, tomato sauce and baking powder.
  2. Then add the oat flour.
  3. Add the spices.
  4. Add the psyllium and stir.

  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180º (pre-heated).
  7. Add your toppings to taste.
